Shipping & Returns
1.0 Delivery Time
Each product page displays "ships within" information. This is the estimated time (actual time may vary) from order received until the product is dispatched from our warehouse located in London. The time from dispatch to delivery to your specified destination depends on both the distance from the warehouse and local regulations at the final destination. For time sensitive deliveries please reach out to our customer team on email@example.com.
Please note that if you placed an order for products with different dispatch times the full order will be on hold until your entire order is available to be dispatched.
2.0 Standard Delivery Services
OMK schedules shipments with the contact details provided at checkout (email, phone number and delivery address). Always make sure the information provided at checkout is correct to avoid unnecessary delays for your delivery.
3.0 Small Parcels & Normal Parcels
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking details. We ask you to monitor the shipment via the tracking information that is sent to you.
For large items we will use a freight service from our selected partners. This service includes standard curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means that the courier will deliver your item(s) to the curb of your specified delivery address. This service does not include inside delivery, item assembly or removal of pallets and packaging.
Our logistics partner will contact you before the delivery with a proposed delivery date and time frame. There will be an option to reschedule if the time frame is not convenient. If you are not available at the agreed time of delivery, your item may be returned to the warehouse. If your shipment has been returned to the warehouse you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a new shipment. An extra delivery cost may apply.
5.0 Cancellation & Order Edits
As soon as an order is received we prepare it for shipping (unless a later delivery date was requested). This results in a small window where changes to an order can be made. Make sure to reach out to us immediately at email@example.com, and if your order has not been processed for shipment by the warehouse we will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or edit whenever possible.
6.0 Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from OMK.
Goods may only be returned after an agreement, in writing between OMK and the buyer.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, you may return or exchange goods within 14 working days of delivery. Returns are at customers' own expense and risk, we advise you use an insured, signed for service.
All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card, excluding delivery costs, within 7 working days.
The product you return must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused means, that there are no marks on the item or packaging. We are unable to accept any item with any indication that it was used.

Please include a copy of your invoice. The order should be sent using an insured and recorded service, always retain proof of postage.
7.0 Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you believe there is an issue with your OMK product or if something is missing from your order, we are here to help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We make every effort to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. We recommend that you check your delivery as soon as it is received. If there is a problem with your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can resolve it for you promptly.
8.0 Lost & Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our customer team at email@example.com.
Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
